Terms of Service
These terms govern use of AxaraOS accounts, workspaces, subscriptions and marketing workflows. They should be reviewed together with the Privacy Notice and any applicable order, plan or enterprise agreement.
Account and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use AxaraOS only for organisations, brands, data and marketing activities you are authorised to manage. Organisation owners and administrators are responsible for workspace access and connected-provider permissions.
Plans, trials and billing
Available plans, billing cycles and prices are shown in the product or applicable order. Eligible organisations may explicitly activate the advertised trial. Paid subscriptions begin only through the configured payment flow and provider-confirmed billing state remains authoritative. Failed or incomplete checkout does not constitute payment success.
Governed marketing actions
AxaraOS separates analysis from consequential execution. Publishing, outreach, paid-media changes and other sensitive actions remain subject to the product's Approval Engine, Autonomy Levels, provider permissions and applicable human review. Creating an account or subscription does not waive those controls.
AI outputs and evidence
AI-generated recommendations may contain uncertainty and must be reviewed for suitability. AxaraOS is designed to preserve evidence provenance and distinguish observed or provider-reported data from derived analysis; it does not guarantee rankings, conversions, revenue, campaign performance or other business outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not use AxaraOS to violate law, rights, provider terms, privacy obligations, anti-spam requirements or security controls; attempt unauthorised access; distribute malicious content; misrepresent evidence; or bypass approval, subscription, usage or tenant-isolation controls.
Customer data and connected services
You retain responsibility for the data, content and instructions you provide and for the lawful use of connected services. Third-party providers may apply their own terms, availability limits and data-processing requirements. AxaraOS does not infer consent or lawful basis merely because information is publicly accessible.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security response or reliability work. Material commercial or contractual changes should be communicated through the applicable account or service channel rather than applied silently.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for security, abuse, legal, billing or provider-related reasons. Subscription cancellation, account closure, privacy requests and data-retention obligations remain separate governed workflows.
Responsible reliance
AxaraOS supports marketing decision-making but should not be treated as the sole system of record for legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions. Customers remain responsible for reviewing consequential actions and complying with applicable law and provider requirements.
