Subscriptions & Cancellation
Last updated: 12 October 2026
AxaraOS offers subscription-based access and is owned and operated by Glory Mulopo, a sole proprietor trading as AxaraOS in South Africa. Your selected plan, price, currency and billing interval are disclosed in the published pricing page and confirmed in the applicable checkout or order. No paid subscription begins merely because you create an account or submit an enquiry.
Plans and billing intervals
Self-service plans may be offered on monthly or annual billing cycles. The amount, currency, taxes and renewal terms that apply to a purchase are shown before payment and in the merchant's confirmation. Custom Enterprise agreements may specify separate invoicing, service and cancellation provisions; the executed agreement controls those terms.
Renewal and payment confirmation
A paid recurring subscription normally renews for its selected billing interval unless cancelled or otherwise changed according to its applicable terms. An attempted or failed checkout is not proof of payment. AxaraOS grants or updates paid entitlements only when the relevant subscription and payment state is verified by its authorised billing provider.
How to cancel a Paddle subscription
- Open the Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email or use Paddle's buyer portal.
- Locate the relevant AxaraOS subscription and select its cancellation option, then follow the confirmation steps.
- If you are signed into AxaraOS, you may also use available subscription and billing-management controls to access the provider's hosted management flow.
- Keep the confirmation email or provider acknowledgement as evidence of your requested change. For account assistance, contact AxaraOS.
When cancellation takes effect
For subscriptions managed in Paddle's customer portal, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, preventing future renewals. Certain paused or past-due subscriptions and separately agreed cases can have different effective dates. The provider-confirmed cancellation date is authoritative. Access to paid capabilities may continue until the effective end date, after which plan and entitlement rules apply.
Trials
The currently advertised eligible Professional trial lasts 14 days, does not collect a payment method, and does not auto-convert into a paid subscription. Continued paid access requires a separate, explicit checkout. Trial eligibility and limits are governed by our Terms of Service and plan conditions.
Changing plans or billing details
Available changes can be requested through the relevant authenticated subscription-management page or provider portal. Upgrades, downgrades, currency changes and payment-method updates depend on provider eligibility and the terms shown before confirmation. A pending change is not treated as completed until the provider confirms it.
Refunds, data and account closure
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Please read the Refund Policy for payment disputes or refund eligibility. Cancelling a plan does not automatically erase your account, customer content or records subject to legal retention. See our Privacy Notice to understand privacy requests.
