Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how refund requests for paid AxaraOS subscriptions are handled. AxaraOS is a SaaS product owned and operated by Glory Mulopo, a sole proprietor trading as AxaraOS in South Africa. The payment provider or Merchant of Record shown during checkout and on your receipt also matters.
Purchases processed through Paddle
When a purchase is completed through Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction. The applicable Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms govern payment-side refund requests, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. The merchant identified on the payment receipt is responsible for processing eligible refunds. This page does not replace or limit Paddle's buyer terms.
When a refund may be available
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, the circumstances of the transaction, and the applicable Merchant of Record's refund policy. For example, mandatory legal withdrawal or consumer remedies for a faulty or materially misdescribed product may apply in particular jurisdictions. Any additional discretionary refund is determined by the payment provider under its policy. We do not promise automatic refunds for unused portions of a billing period or for a change of mind where no legal or provider-policy right exists.
How to request a refund
- Locate your payment confirmation or receipt and identify the merchant and transaction reference.
- If your purchase was processed by Paddle, visit Paddle buyer support or use the refund or support link in your transaction email or buyer portal.
- Explain the issue and provide the order reference, purchase date, and account email to the authorised support channel. Do not share a card number, password, or API key.
- For AxaraOS product or account issues, you may also contact our team. We can investigate service-delivery concerns, but payment refunds for Paddle purchases are processed through Paddle.
Processing and account access after a refund
The applicable payment provider determines approval and processing times. Where a refund is approved, service access or the relevant paid entitlement may be withdrawn or adjusted according to the transaction and subscription status, subject to applicable law. Historical invoices and required financial records may need to be retained.
Cancellation is different from a refund
Cancelling future renewal charges does not automatically reverse a payment already collected. To stop future billing, follow the Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation timing and any statutory refund rights remain subject to the checkout terms and local law.
Trials and free tools
AxaraOS's currently configured 14-day Professional trial does not require a payment method and does not automatically charge at the end of the trial. Free marketing tools do not themselves create a paid subscription. This Refund Policy concerns payments actually completed through an applicable checkout.
Questions
Use our contact page for AxaraOS product, delivery, or account queries. For a Paddle transaction, Paddle buyer support is the primary refund channel.
